FROM NORTH AND EAST (Zwolle, Apeldoorn, Deventer)
Follow the A1 from Deventer via Apeldoorn to Amsterdam. Turn off at junction Ede, Hoenderloo, Park de Hoge Veluwe (N304). Follow sign to Otterlo until you reach the village. Pay attention to the speed cameras on the way. Then follow instructions from "IN OTTERLO"

FROM the WEST (Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague).
Follow the A12 from Utrecht to Arnhem. Turn off at the new junction Ede North - Barneveld. On this road take the exit Ede Noord-Renswoude and at the end of this exit turn left, still direction Ede-Noord. Stay on this road until a left turn to Otterlo/ Park de Hoge Veluwe. Then follow instructions from   "IN OTTERLO"

FROM the NORTHWEST (Amsterdam/Amerfoort):
On the A1, Amersfoort to Apeldoorn turn off at the junction Stroe/Garderen/ Park de Hoge Veluwe. Turn right at the end of the off ramp. Follow the road through Harskamp until you reach Otterlo. Pay attention to the speed cameras on the way. There are three. Then follow instructions from  "IN OTTERLO"

FROM the SOUTH AND SOUTH WEST (by-passing Utrecht):
Follow the A50 from Nijmegen to Arnhem/Apeldoorn. When the A50 comes to an end, follow the signs to Otterlo / Park de Hoge Veluwe. You will change directions a few times, but keep following the signs, no matter how confusing it may get. Once in Otterlo, follow instructions from  "IN OTTERLO"

FROM the EAST (Achterhoek) and Arnhem
On the A12 from Oberhausen to Utrecht take the junction Arnhem North/Park de Hoge Veluwe. At the end of off ramp turn right towards Terlet/Park de Hoge Veluwe. Keep following these signs. They will take you on the motorway to Apeldoorn. Take the left turn sign posted Park de Hoge Veluwe/Shaarsbergen. This will take you right around the park until you reach Otterlo. Pay attention to speed cameras on the way. Then follow directions from  "IN OTTERLO"

IN OTTERLO:
From the centre of the village you follow the sign "Park de Hoge Veluwe". Whe you pass the Hotel Sterrenberg on your left, take the next right and follow signs to The Vogelvlucht into the forest.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

By train you will arrive either in Arnhem, Ede-Wageningen or Apeldoorn. From each of these stations, take a bus to Otterlo.

From Arnhem: line 105 (get off Otterlo centre) and then walk, following directions to Park Hoge Veluwe.

From Apeldoorn and Ede-Wageningen: line 108 (get off Otterlo rotonde) and again walk, following directions to Park Hoge Veluwe.

After hotel Sterrenberg turn right and follow signs to The Vogelvlucht.
